ANI-JAM!!!

OMG you guys. For all of you out there who weren't there with me, I attended Ani-Jam 2011 last weekend, and I fell in love with cons. It was my first one ever, and boy, what an initiation! I've never had so much fun ^^ There was crack, love, cosplay, and good times galore, the fun never ending <3 And if simply attending wasn't enough, I walked away from my newfound home with a whole slew of new friends! Cowboys and Aliens. Nuff Said.

Sooooooo I saw Cowboys & Aliens today, and it was AWESOME! It started a bit slow, then moved a bit too fast in the middle, but the ending was EPIC. In SAUCE FORM, if you will. I suggest you go see it~ The design and originality of the Alien race was of higher quality than I expected, which was refreshing X3 I always appreciate when a monster or alien -any non-humanoid, really- branches off from the oh-so-overused physique of the human body. Like how most aliens or monsters have all their sensory organs on the head, usually some sort of arm with hands, legs with feet, a vocal means of communication, etc. I just love to see when film-makers t
